In our current room, we have a computer connected to an overhead projector. Many of our speakers combine their speech with a PowerPoint Presentation.

Note: The computer attached to the projector is a PC and can only read floppy disk, USB Flash Drive, or CD-R formats, no other types work with it. Each presentation given at the meeting must have a totally opaque (usually black or dark blue) slide as the first and last slide to prevent the projector beam from interfering with other meeting segments. Thank you.
