Tamara Cummings At Northern Division Contest -- 05/08/04 Tamara Cummings is one of our most dynamic and competitive members. She won the Spring 2004 Club International Speech Contest, the Area 11 Contest, and on this date, received the Runner-Up Award in the District 5 Northern Division Contest. About 40 people were in attendance including Twin Oaks Toastmaster members: President Tanis Brown; Vice President of Public Relations Lela Hankins; Don Larson. Supporters included Lela's husband, Steve, and his daughter, Nicole, and Tamara's sister, Renique. Below are the pictures of Tamara receiving her Runner-Up Award.
