Welcome to our club! -- 06/27/08

Thank you for visiting our new web site. We are a friendly, fun group of people who work hard to improve our communication and leadership skills. We are essentially a Communications Workshop improving ourselves on a continuous basis.

We have members of various levels of development and there's always room for you. Many people with a fear of speaking have joined our club and became or are becoming confident speakers and leaders. Please come join us, with the aid of an assigned mentor, you'll see the improvement in yourself in a short time.

This past Toastmasters International (TI) Year July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008, we as a club achieved for the fifth year in-a-row, the President Distinguished Club, Toastmasters highest Club award, by meeting all ten club goals.

Club Information

We have an excellent meeting room (shown below) conveniently located in San Marcos, California near Highway 78 and Twin Oaks Valley Road. Please join us at Noon each Wednesday where you'll hear great speeches and experience the sense of pride our members share. For visitors to our meetings, please review our Visitor Information (pdf) document that helps explain how our meetings are run. Our club operates under the Toastmasters International Club Constitution and Bylaws.

Please review our Twin Oaks Toastmasters New Member Invitation for more information. We strive to improve each member's speaking and leadership skills through participation at each meeting. The Ice Breaker Speech Pamphlet explains the first speech process a beginning member of our club gives to our club.
