Twin Oaks Toastmasters, About Us -- 11/14/06 Our club chartered in early 1999 for a small group of employees at California State University, San Marcos. Over the years since, the club grew beyond those small beginnings and is open to anyone for membership. For those of you less familiar about why a club such as ours exists, there are a few pieces of additional literature below to help explain what Toastmasters International is all about.
